Turn Fear To Resilience


Fear is normal, it is healthy, it is natural and it is an instinct. However, it can become a nightmare if it paralyzes us. We read all the time things like "Don't run, Face the fear." But do you? Do you embrace it? We have to embrace it in order to know it and understand it and then overcome it. In order to overcome anything, you have to know what it is. Sometimes it is important to sit and think of the last thing you feared. Understand what it was, why it happened and your reaction helps you respond to the crisis that can arise in the future. It also helps to heal any damages done by that fear or failure that happened because if the fear. That is the resilience. Resilience is facing the any adversity and overcoming it. It is anything in life. Nothing hits harder than life and as many times as you get hit, you get up and keep moving forward. Embrace the fear, become resilient.
