You will have the dips and they are expected but we learn from the dips and get stronger from them. A leader will always experience a drop or dip in their confidence level. Usually the drop disappears in the moments and circumstances that matter the most. So what is the proper strategy to manage your personal drop in confidence. There are some...

1) When the confidence drops, this is where you have to hit back to where it belongs. A leader has to acknowledge and utilize the value of the dip. This is the part where you leverage your dip to burst out of that comfort zone.

2) Change you perspective. Perception is the reality so change the way you look at your drop in confidence. A change in perception can can provide that power within you to "seize" the moment and get to where you are supposed to be.

3) Limit that internal excuse or compromise that usually occurs. By acknowledging that excuse, you allow yourself to be accountable to you.

4) Accept all of the drops in confidence with a self awareness and resilience instead of being pessimistic.

Changing your perception and expectations never prevent dips or drops in confidence but it prepares you to rise up and fight back out of the drop and regain what you have lost in that moment.
